How Are the Drum Racks with Spill Tray Constructed?

All drum racks consist of a sturdy rack structure made of galvanized steel. Up to 3 storage levels with drum supports are height-adjustable in 50 mm increments. With a uniform frame depth of 800 mm, different rack variants can also be combined with each other. The drum racks have a field width of 1400 mm or 2200 mm, depending on the model.

The rack crossbeams have drum supports with a push-in safety feature, depending on the type, for 60 l or 200 l drums. All drum racks are easy and simple to assemble by yourself. The rack structure consists of rack frames and beams. The rack components are galvanized to protect against corrosion.

Under the drum rack, there is always a spill tray made of steel, available in either galvanized or painted. The tray is designed according to StawaR, has a material thickness of 3 mm, and is liquid-tight welded.

Drum racks with a steel tray are suitable for the legally compliant storage of water-polluting substances of all water hazard classes (WGK 1-3) and flammable liquids (H224-H226). To protect against corrosion and ensure media resistance, the steel trays are available in either galvanized or painted versions.

When storing different hazardous substances in a rack, you must ensure that no storage prohibition exists and that the substances will not react with each other upon contact. Storage compatibility tables can assist in this regard.

What Accessories Are Available for Steel Drum Racks?
