Usage Information

When materials are too viscous at room temperature, discharging them from an IBC container can be challenging and may result in material loss due to incomplete drainage. This 1000-liter IBC heating jacket is designed to quickly and efficiently heat the container’s contents, minimizing or preventing product loss due to high viscosity.

The lightweight construction of the IBC heater makes it easy to attach using the adjustable quick-release straps. The heating jacket is also suitable for transport if the IBC’s contents require a specific temperature or viscosity during transit. Additionally, it can be used in conjunction with heating chambers or thermal boxes to prevent heat loss.
