Description and Application

When materials stored in IBC containers are too viscous at room temperature, discharging them can be challenging and may result in product loss due to their inability to flow efficiently. This 640 L IBC heating jacket is specifically designed to heat container contents quickly and effectively, minimizing or eliminating material waste.

The lightweight construction and adjustable quick-release straps allow for easy installation. The heating jacket is also suitable for transportation if maintaining specific temperatures or viscosities is necessary for the IBC contents. Additionally, the heating jacket can be used in combination with heat chambers or thermal boxes to prevent heat loss.
