Steel spillage decking is certified for the legally compliant storage, transfer, and filling of hazardous liquids. The individual deck elements can be expanded with additional steel spillage decking units to cover large areas, ensuring the safe storage of hazardous substances. Steel spillage decking is used when conventional spill pallets offer insufficient surface area for the containers being stored.The steel spillage decking is equipped with exceptionally durable and load-bearing grates, allowing the elements to be accessed with a forklift or drum truck, making the handling of containers particularly easy and efficient.

Key features include:

  • Suitable as a station for motor testing, transfer, and emptying, accommodating light, medium, and heavy loads.
  • Interchangeable single segments that can be combined.
  • Equipped with high-load removable grates, hot-dip galvanized, with a load capacity of 5000 kg/m².
  • Designed to be accessible by pallet trucks, forklifts, or trucks with appropriate specifications.
  • Suitable for storing water-hazardous substances of all Water Hazard Classes (WGK 1-3) and flammable liquids (H224 – H226).

Retrofitting with steel spillage decking can be done cost-effectively, preventing the infiltration of water-hazardous liquids into the soil or groundwater.
