Drum transport pallets are practical storage and transport systems for containers like 200 l drums. Their storage concept resembles that of standard steel spill trays: drums can be placed on the grating of the transport pallet. In the event of a leakage, hazardous substances are collected in the tray of the transport pallet, preventing them from entering the environment. The steel tray of the transport pallet is built according to StawaR regulations and is available in galvanized or painted finishes.

Thanks to their practical base design, drum transport pallets are forklift-accessible and can be easily transported. During transport, the stored drums are protected against falling by a three-sided transport casing and an optional transport bar.

In essence, drum transport pallets are comparable to steel spill trays but are optimized for safe in-house transport due to their design.

How are drum transport pallets designed?

For this reason, our drum transport pallets are made of painted or galvanized steel to ensure sufficient resistance to the stored media. Customers can choose between an open or enclosed transport casing. All drum transport pallets come equipped with a practical base construction, making them forklift-accessible.

The integrated steel trays are fluid-tight welded according to StawaR standards and feature a high-quality corrosion-resistant surface, ensuring their durability for years.

Are drum transport pallets stackable?

Yes, drum transport pallets are stackable up to three units high. This allows drums to be securely stacked like in a shelving system. For safe stacking, each transport pallet is equipped with corner locking features.

What accessories are available for drum transport pallets?

For safe transport without the risk of drums falling, an additional safety bar is available. This bar can be easily inserted into the open side, securing it. Alternatively, the open side can be secured with a chain.

Additionally, a wide range of accessories is available for storing 60 l drums and small containers within the transport pallet. Cans and jerrycans can be stored on additional gratings in a shelving arrangement. Drum supports for storing 60 l drums are also available.
